Family Fun Day Event We are joining forces with our neighbours in Capilano and Gold Bar to present this year's Family Day event on Monday, February 20 from 12-3 PM at Capilano Community League (10810 54 St). Enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, hot chocolate and apple cider, hot dogs and cookies, a bonfire, skating, indoor and outdoor activities for kids, balloon animals and face painting. See you there! Community Sandbox Did you know the City of Edmonton offers free sand to help residents keep their sidewalks safe? There is a sandbox on the west edge of our hall parking lot (6115 Fulton Road) that is regularly filled by the City. Help yourself! Parents & Tots Playgroup Parents and Tots (5 yrs and under) are invited out to the hall (6115 Fulton Road) on Friday mornings from 9-11 am to meet, chat and play. If you are looking for a sitter/or are of babysitting age, and have obtained your certification please contact Karen @ 780-439-2263 to have your name added to the registry. While Hardisty is closed from upgrades, your free swim time is at Bonnie Doon Leisure Centre (8648 81 St) on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. |
