Fulton Big Bin Trash Event, Community Garage Sale, & Electronics Recycling Round Up
Date: Saturday June 10 2023 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Where: Fulton Place Community Hall (6115 Fulton Road) parking lot.
Cost: Waste disposal available for all community league members (free with FPCL membership). Buy your membership online here or at All Care Pharmacy on 106th Avenue and 50th Street or in person the day of the event.
It's time to dump (or recycle) your spring cleaning junk! As always, your community league is here to help.
Our annual Big Bin Event will be held in the parking lot of the Fulton Place Community Hall. We are also pleased to announce the return of our community garage sale also taking place in the Hall parking lot or inside the Hall if the weather is yucky.
Waste Disposal Fees
Free waste disposal is available for all Fulton Place residents with a community league membership. Buy a membership here or at Servus at the Capilano Mall, All-Care Pharmacy, or at the Fulton Place Hall during the event.
Bring your household items that are too large for regular garbage collection. Household hazardous waste will not be accepted (items containing freon, concrete, commercial waste, household hazardous waste), and we will not be accepting tires, mattresses, and major appliances.
We will also have the Take It Or Leave It space if you want to recycle stuff for others.
Electronics Expanded
Bring in your old, unwanted electronics for recycling. Help your community league raise money and help protect the environment. By bringing in your end-of-life TVs, monitors, computers, laptops, printers, and household electronics your community league will receive funding per unit to help support Community League activities.
Donate and Make a Difference
We turn your used goods into much needed funds by selling them to Value Village. These funds are then used to directly support children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. In addition to supporting Inclusion Alberta, you are also recycling unwanted merchandise, keeping it out of the landfill.
Garage Sale Table Booking Fee
$5 for FPCL members or $10 for non-members. If the event moves indoors, space will be limited. The earliest registrants are guaranteed a table. Pre-registration is required, please email programmer@fultonplace.org to book your space today.
The 2023 Big Bin Trash Even and Community Garage Sale will run from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., or until the bins are full.
