The 2026 Red Cross Babysitting and Stay Safe courses will be sometime in the next two years at the Fulton Place Community League Hall 6115 Fulton Rd NW. Both courses are organized and taught by Little Lungs First Aid Inc. through the Red Cross and include official Red Cross manuals and certificates upon completion.

The Stay Safe course focuses primarily on personal safety skills, while the Babysitting course expands on those concepts and includes training on how to care for and keep others safe. While it is ultimately up to the parents’ discretion whether their child is ready to babysit, the Babysitting course is the best option for those who would like to gain the full set of skills and tools needed.
